Course Duration: 3 Years
Admission Frequency: Once a year
Age Criteria
Minimum Age: 17 years (on or before 31st December of the admission year)
Maximum Age: 35 years
Note: No age limit for candidates with ANM/LHV qualification.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 40% marks, in any of the following categories:
Science Stream (preferably with PCB - Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English
Arts Stream, with any of the following subjects:
Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy
Must also have English Core or English Elective
Health Care Science – Vocational Stream ONLY
10+2 vocational ANM course under CBSE or an equivalent board, from schools recognized by the Indian Nursing Council
10+2 from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) in Arts, Science, or Health Care Science – Vocational Stream ONLY with 40% marks
Additional Requirements
Must be medically fit
ANM candidates must be registered with the State Nursing Registration Council
