M.Sc. (Nursing) – Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

Must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (R.N.R.M.) or equivalent

Registration should be with any State Nursing Registration Council

Educational Qualification

Must have passed one of the following with at least 55% aggregate marks:

B.Sc. Nursing

B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing

Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing

The degree must be from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council

Work Experience

Minimum 1 year of work experience:

After completing Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or

Before or after completing Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing

Other Requirements

 : be medically fit.

SC/ST candidates may be given a 5% relaxation in marks
